Galentine's Cake Decorating at the Collective Co.

Grab your gal pals and learn how to decorate a cake like a pro!

We will be making a festive 6" 3-layer cake together, learning all the tricks of the trade including stacking, filling, crumb coating, how to get a smooth buttercream finish, piping, and ganache drip. You'll go home with your finished cake, all the tools you used that day, and a newfound skill.

This is a 2 hour class, please arrive on time! We will wait no more than 15 minutes after the class start time.

Each ticket includes:

• Three pre-baked 6" cake layers
• A turntable and non-slip mat
• Piping bags, tips, spatulas, and other materials to assemble your cake
• Buttercream and buttercream recipe
• Ganache recipe
• Skills to use forever and memories with your Galentine!
